- The main advantage comes in when you have a piece of
- software that "kicks' you into a particular mode.

- Lets say you have your Amiga set to productivity mode
- and you are using a vga display. You have this great
- game or word proceesor you love to use.

- When you execute the program though your vga display
- gets screwed up because the software wants to operate
- at 640 x 200 or 640 x 400. With the 3000 its easy to
- solve this problem because CBM included a neat 2320
- built right into the motherboard which "flicker fixes"
- the display and allows all scan rates to be displayed
- on your VGA monitor. That is all display rates under
- OS 2.1 : )
